This white paper, prepared in collaboration with on-demand transport specialists Padam Mobility, investigates different ways to compare fleet performance in fixed-line and DRT services. Using a worked example of a DRT scheme in Cheshire West, it finds advantages in coverage and journey time for DRT services, as well as highlighting the disparity in data available for fixed line services versus DRT.
