A lot of our work is about changing behaviour. But behaviour change needs support. Back when I cycled into the office a lot, I would change my clothes to look and feel smarter. But this meant carrying clothes in my bag. And wasn’t without the odd, inadvertent, flinging underwear across the office event.

The flat cotton bags I collected at industry exhibitions were pressed into action, but descended to the bottom of my rucksack the way socks wrinkle into the toes of wellies. Clothes were creased and hard to extract.
