Rural mobility call for evidence

Beate recently submitted a response to the Department for Transport’s call for evidence on its future rural transport strategy. The response considers the potential role of DRT in rural transport, looking at the example of DRT programmes in rural France. At a cost of over £20 per person per trip, are such schemes unaffordable luxuries, or are they actually cost-effective, taking into account all their potential benefits?
